Terms & Conditions of Entry

It is a condition of entry that the SeaQuarium Terms and Conditions of Entry have been understood, accepted and are adhered to - failure to do so may result in non-admission or ejection from SeaQuarium.

Entry prices are in accordance with those displayed at the point of entry and will be charged per person.

At all times please ensure that you obey the safety regulations and signage displayed throughout the SeaQuarium.

SeaQuarium excludes to the maximum permitted by law any liability for loss, injury or damage to person/property in or around the SeaQuarium.

Once you have paid to enter SeaQuarium, refunds will not be considered.
SeaQuarium reserves the right to amend and/or alter the conditions of issue associated with entrance to the SeaQuarium without any prior notification.

It must be understood that for operational, technical, weather related or other reasons beyond our control, any attraction may have to be closed, removed, altered in type or otherwise be unavailable at any time, without prior notice.

If at any time a guests standard of behaviour falls below that expected by the SeaQuarium, the individual may be asked to leave the SeaQuarium and no refunds will be considered concerning any purchase that may have been made. SeaQuarium will not under any circumstances tolerate threatening or abusive behaviour towards any member of staff or fellow guests.

Please note that all of the areas within the SeaQuarium are designated as non-smoking; this is for the comfort and safety of all our guests. Please ensure compliance at all times.

On certain days the SeaQuarium may need to close early for an evening event. Information to this effect will be displayed at the entrance. Once you have paid to enter the SeaQuarium on any such day, no refund will be considered.

No dogs are allowed within the site (except guide dogs).

SeaQuariums decision on all matters relating to admission to the SeaQuarium and/or to these conditions shall be final and no further correspondence will be entered in to.

Booking Tickets Online

Every effort is made to maintain your confidentiality when securing an online payment. This includes the confidentiality of your card details and other personal information.

The information contained our website and booking system is believed to be correct. However, we are unable to accept responsibility for any errors or omissions and reserve the right to amend any part of it if such alterations are thought necessary. In particular, we reserve the right to change our prices without prior notice provided that such changes are notified to you before you book your visit.

Booking tickets online is an ideal way to save money on admission or special events. Please note the following constraints for the purchase of online tickets. By purchasing online tickets you will be required to understand and agree to these terms and conditions.

A short time after your order has been processed, you will receive a link via email allowing you to download your ticket. This ticket must be printed and brought with you on the day of your visit. Tickets shown on mobiles and other portable devices will be accepted. To ensure you receive your downloadable ticket in time, we strongly recommend ordering your tickets at least 24 hours before you plan to visit. We will not be responsible for tickets not arriving on time if they are ordered less than 24 hours in advance.

All tickets purchased online are valid for one occasion, are non-refundable and can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Tickets are only valid for the date shown. Full details of validity will be shown on the ticket. If you do not use your ticket within the valid period, we are unable to offer any refund or compensation.

Concession tickets must show valid ID on the day of the visit. Disabled tickets must show a Blue Badge on the day of visit, this will permit the use of the Concession disabled ticket, and allow a Discounted ticket for one Accompanying Carer (id/proof required) to accompany the person on the day. Student tickets must have a valid Student ID on arrival.
