Guidelines…

All guests will be asked to sanitise their hands on leaving and exiting the areas.

SeaQuarium strongly suggests that all guests who are able to wear a mask, do so. Masks will be available at our reception for those who might need to purchase one.

Guests must follow the instructions of the SeaQuarium social distances co-ordinator, who are there to control flow and safe distancing procedures.

All SeaQuarium team members are required to wear masks/face shields for the entirety of their shift.

All unique experiences are temporarily suspended.

Children under 3 are still free.

We have made changes to the Seal Cove area which allow for social distancing. This includes blocking off selected seating and exiting on a one way system.

All guests will be asked to sit down on their selected seats in Seal Cove.

All guests are Not permitted to touch the glass windows / exhibits and must follow the directions of the signage and SeaQuarium co-ordinator.

Due to the track and trace, if Covid-19 is suspected we will adhere to guidelines that apply from the Local Council and Welsh Government.

Please also check on our website and social media to make sure we’re definitely open before you travel, just in case. If the number of new cases of the virus increases we may not be able to open or there may be localised lockdowns if there’s an outbreak. We’ll support any measures that need to be put back in place for the safety of our visitors, staff and local community.

We know this is a reduced offering but we hope you’ll understand that we’re not able to reduce our entrance fees in respect of this. We’ve faced huge on-going animal care costs and lost a huge amount of income during the lockdown closure. We hope you can understand this and continue to support us during this period of adjustment.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read these guidelines.

We wish you a safe and enjoyable visit to SeaQuarium.
