No festivities would be complete without Santa and visitors to SeaQuarium will not be disappointed as Father Christmas makes a welcome return back to his grotto. Children can visit Santa in his cosy christmas grotto and receive an early Christmas gift!

  • AS we have repeat booking each year, we have significantly less Santa tickets than in previous years and therefore advise booking tickets early to avoid disappointment.

Santa's Grotto Prices

  • Visits to Santa's Grotto Only - £7.00 per person (0-15yrs) - personal meeting with the big man himself and a high-quality gift 

  • Add a photo for £8.50
  • Please note your Aquarium entrance tickets can also be purchased alongside Santa tickets if you want to visit SeaQuarium / Seal Cove. Package includes: Seaquarium Admission, Seal Cove demonstration PLUS Santa visit, Santa photo and present.

  • Child 3-15yrs Package SeaQuarium Entry, Santa, Present, Photo £12.99
    Child Under 3 Package SeaQuarium Entry, Santa, Present £7.00

  • Families will be seated on their own benches and social distancing will be followed at all times.

  • To allow for social distancing we are limiting numbers for each session with Father Christmas. This means that each time slot we can only be accompanied by no more than 4 adults.



FAQs

What are you doing to make sure the experience is Covid-secure?

Our Health and Safety elves have been working extremely hard over the last few weeks to ensure our whole Santa experience is as safe as possible and social distancing between groups.

How much does it cost to visit Santa Grotto at SeaQuarium ?

Visits to Santa per person (0-15yrs) £7.00 this includes a socially distant personal meeting with the big man himself and a high-quality gift - £8.50 with photo in festive wallet.

Can I visit Santa Grotto only?

Yes you can.You need to book online or arrive on the day and pay on the day and prepare to wait if busy. Each time slot will be a 10 minute chat with Santa per booking.

We have selected some time slots for the walk-in pay cash customers to visit our grotto from 12.30pm -1.30pm this will ensure queuing is kept to minimum please note the waiting area is outside with no cover from weather. Social distancing will be adhered to and it’s based on a first come basics policy to see Santa.

Entry into the Aquarium/Seal Cove does not include a Santa ticket and you will need to buy separate entry tickets for your admission (upgraded). Santa tickets must be booked online in advance and you can purchase your entry tickets online at the same time.

Do I need to buy an entry ticket to Seaquarium alongside my ticket to see Santa Grotto?

Yes you do. Entry into the Aquarium/Seal Cove is not included in your Santa ticket and you will need to buy separate entry tickets for your Aquarium/Seal Cove admission. Santa and Seaquarium entry package can be booked online in advance.

Can I buy tickets to visit Santa only and not enter the rest of the SeaQuarium?

Yes you can.

Are there any Santa tickets available on the day?

We strongly advise booking all tickets online in advance to avoid any disappointment. Tickets sell out very fast so we always suggest booking as soon as you know when you would like to come. We can't guarantee there will be any Santa tickets available on the day you are visiting. There will be walk in slots that can me paid on the door during 12.30-1.30pm

Do adults have to buy tickets to accompany children to visit Santa?

No, we don't charge for adults accompanying their children to meet Santa (max 4 adults). Santa tickets only need to be purchased for children wanting to visit Santa and receive a gift. Accompanying adults will need to buy entry tickets to the Aquarium/Seal Cove though if you want to upgrade.

What else goes on at SeaQuarium Christmas?

Alongside a visit to Santa If you upgrade your ticket to include Admission to the Aquarium & Seal Cove you can also see our Seal demonstration where you can cheer them on in a Christmas Tale at 1pm & 3pm or you can watch our Harbour Seals eating their Christmas treats at 11am, you can visit our cafe and buy some delicious festive mince pies & hot chocolate with marshmallows, also get a spot of Christmas shopping done - our shop have a range of perfect kids stocking fillers!
